During our extensive collaboration over the last 10 months, you’ve demonstrated the rare ability to take broad ideas; some baked, others decidedly doughy – and to crystallize them into concrete and effective concepts, messages, designs, models and content. You quickly dove deep to understand our unique business. You then maintained a steady focus on our strategic purpose while driving the design of our new site down to the finest levels of detail. Spanning this wide spectrum is what’s needed for complex creations to become real. In addition, you played a central role in coordinating a large team with resources spread all over creation, and delivered an outstanding product against a very aggressive schedule. At every turn, you recognized issues and took the action needed to achieve our goals. In a phrase, you are the complete package. It was a pleasure working with you, and I’d gladly do so again.

In 2008 the Center for the Health Professions at UCSF hired Susanne for a simple project to help us develop our web strategy.
